Mary Sage
Assistant Director, Student Services

Mary Sage, currently the Assistant Director of Student Services for the EdD Learning and Organizational Change (EdD-LOC) program at Baylor University, began her journey with the EdD Student Support Team in January 2022 as an academic advisor. In her pivotal role, Mary oversees student services, manages program logistics, and ensures the success of EdD students in the LOC program. With eight years at Baylor, her extensive background in education administration reflects roles in admissions, recruiting, and student services.
Beyond Baylor, Mary has held staff positions at Washington University in St. Louis and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She earned her M.M. in Clarinet Performance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and her B.M. in Music Composition from Indiana State University.
Originally from the St. Louis area, Mary's family relocated to Waco, TX, in 2015. In her leisure, she enjoys performing music with her husband, cheering for St. Louis sports teams, and spending quality time with her two young daughters and their corgi, Tuba.
