Welcome to Baylor University School of Education's Online Learning Unit. We are home to the award-winning Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Organizational Change program. Starting Fall 2025, we will launch a Masters of Science (MS) in Learning Design and Technology. Our online programs are designed for change-makers and innovators—those who aspire to inspire positive transformation in diverse organizations. Across programs, our students have backgrounds in or aspirations to work with a diverse group of industries, including education, nonprofit, business, healthcare, and military sectors.
