Elizabeth Pearson
Graduate Academic Advisor
Elizabeth Pearson is a Graduate Academic Student Support Specialist for the Ed.D. in Learning and Organizational Change Program at Baylor University. She is a Graduate of Baylor’s School of Education (B.S.Ed., 2017), and began her service with EdD-LOC in December of 2023. She is dedicated to supporting students as they navigate through various stages of the program.
Prior to joining the School of Education, Elizabeth worked as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders where she played a crucial role in enhancing the academic journey of graduate students. She has extensive experience with maintaining student records, managing student employees, and coordinating a variety of events targeting student engagement and success. From previous positions, she also has experience in fostering corporate partnerships with Engineering alumni, developing marketing strategies and creating print and digital campaigns, and collaborating with several student organizations.
Elizabeth relocated to Waco from the DWF area for college, and currently resides in Hewitt, TX with her husband, John, and their corgi, Tyrion. In her personal time, she enjoys playing complex board games, baking various treats, and exploring new places with her family.
