Curriculum
Our award-winning EdD in Learning and Organizational Change program, offered online, is meticulously crafted to equip aspiring industry leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to drive transformative organizational change. Through a carefully designed curriculum, students delve into three key areas: Learning, Organizational Change, and Research Methods. The 54-credit program can be completed in as few as 3 years when students take the equivalent of two courses (six credit hours) per trimester, fostering a deep understanding of learning principles and their practical application.
The curriculum includes two on-campus immersions and requires a Problem-of-Practice Dissertation.
